Monthly Guided Walks
Step into nature and join a monthly, two-hour guided forest bathing walk. Come once to reconnect, or return often to deepen your relationship with the natural world. It’s your journey.
No experience is needed to join. Just wear comfortable clothing and shoes, apply bug spray if you'd like, and bring water. You're welcome to bring anything else that supports your comfort, but nothing additional is required.
Each month we will meet at a different location in Lake or Cook County, IL, typically on Saturday or Sunday morning or afternoon, depending on the time of year.

Sliding scale $10 - $40/participant. Pay what you can. No one will be turned away due to lack of funds. Open to all people, ages 16 and up; minors must be accompanied by an adult.
Kinship with Kids
Gather the younger crowd for a gentle and engaging 1.5 to 2-hour forest adventure, where you'll explore nature’s sights, sounds, textures, scents, and even tastes—all through playful discovery.
You and your child will be guided to explore meadows and grassy areas, take slow, intentional steps, tune into your senses, and enjoy the beauty of the natural world together. Children of all ages are welcome; please note that some paths may not be stroller accessible.

Payment is $40/child+caregiver; $15/additional child or caregiver.
Forest with Friends
Deepen your connection to the people in your life and to the natural world during a private 2- to 3-hour forest immersion experience. Share the journey with your partner, spouse, favorite friends or family. Private forest bathing walks offer memorable and unique opportunities to build intimate partnerships, deepen relationships and spend quality time with the people you love.
Your walk can take place anywhere nature is accessible - forests, nature preserves, parks and backyards. Remote walks can also be facilitated via Zoom.
$40/participant; $240/group of 6; $35/additional person. Please note: minors must be accompanied by an adult.
