Kinship with Kids: Fall into Autumn Forest Bathing
Join certified forest bathing guide Cathy McCauley, in partnership with the Ancient Oaks Foundation, for a caregiver and tot sensory exploration of the magic of the forest in the heart of autumn! As the days get cooler and shorter, the trees burst into brilliant reds, oranges, and yellows—it's the perfect time to slow down and notice nature’s big changes. During this playful forest bathing walk, kids will tune into the sights, sounds, and smells of fall. With fun, mindful activities along the way, children will learn to appreciate the beauty of the season and their connection to the natural world. The walk will conclude with a small forest celebration with snacks.
$25/child+caregiver, $10/additional child.
Caregiver must participate with their child. No bathrooms at this location.
A portion of proceeds will be donated to the Ancient Oaks Foundation.
