Nourish in November Forest Walk
In November, the sun slips earlier behind the trees and the days grow shorter. Join certified forest bathing guide Cathy McCauley for a nourishing forest bathing journey at twilight through Wolf Oak Woods, Bull Valley.
You’ll be gently guided with simple invitations to slow down, awaken your senses, and discover what happens when you truly let the forest meet you — especially as the light begins to fade.
This isn’t a hike. It’s a meditative wander — less than a mile — where calm and connection arrive at their own unhurried pace. We’ll close our walk with a cozy forest celebration: tea brewed from native plants, gathered from a local garden, sipped together under the trees.
Curious what twilight in the forest feels like when you really pay attention? Register now!
Adults, $30/participant. There is no bathroom at this location.
A portion of the event proceeds will be donated to The Land Conservancy of McHenry County.
